The DISC Analysis
DISC is a non-judgmental tool used for discussion of people's behavioral differences. Everyone is different and is motivated by different things. DISC is used primarily for a coaching tool with your team. The DISC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others.

After our candidate has been made a job offer they must complete a series of validated assessments called DISC.
